Our dedication extends beyond completion, through Preserve Home Maintenance we offer ongoing care to ensure your home remains in peak condition for years to come.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve in Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor, Surfside, Golden Beach, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Pine Crest. However, we may consider projects outside this area on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take to build a custom luxury home?
The project duration is contingent upon the home’s complexity and scale. Generally, construction projects span a period of 18 to 36 months.
Can I tour some of the homes you’ve built?
Absolutely! We can arrange a tour of our completed projects or provide a portfolio of our past work for your review.
Design & Customization
Can I bring my own architect or designer?
Yes, we collaborate with your architect or designer. Alternatively, we can help you find the right architect or designer to fit your style and needs.
